Common questions

Is this really a one-time payment?

Yes. You pay £5 once and have unlimited access to ClearStep forever. There's no monthly fee and your access doesn't expire.

Why does checkout show dollars instead of pounds?

Our payment processor charges in US dollars. The $6 USD charge is approximately £5 GBP — your bank will convert it automatically at the current exchange rate. The final amount on your statement will be very close to £5.

Can I use it on more than one device?

Yes. Your access works on your phone, tablet, and computer. Just save the link and use it whenever you need help.

Is it safe to pay here?

Absolutely. Payments are handled by Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment companies. Your card details are never stored by ClearStep.

What if I need help after paying?
